  I visited this office once for a root canal, I heard about the facility through my insurer (MA Medica at the time). Dr. Todd Miller and his (woman) assistant did the procedure which didn't take long. Staff were friendly. A hour after I left the office, I had severe pain and checked into Regions ER shortly after. I was diagnosed with an abscess tooth (which deformed my face) and I missed 3 days of work. Also, my temporary crown Endodontic Associates Limited applied lasted 4 days and not a month like they claimed. Unfortunately, I ended up needing the tooth pulled.
